For the most breathtaking panoramic views over Ninh Binh, climb the approximately 500 stone steps to the summit viewpoint at Mua Caves (Hang Mua). While the caves themselves are small, the main attraction is the incredible vista from the top of Ngoa Long Mountain (Lying Dragon Mountain).

From the peak, adorned with a stone dragon statue, you'll be rewarded with stunning 360-degree views overlooking the winding Ngo Dong River, the patchwork rice fields of Tam Coc, and the surrounding majestic karst landscape. It's a challenging climb but absolutely worth it for the iconic Ninh Binh photos.
