A booking is considered confirmed only when a deposit or full payment is received.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or electronic invoice through email
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are quoted in USD (or clearly stated currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices include only what is mentioned in the tour itinerary. Any personal expenses, optional activities, and meals not stated are excluded.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to contact@vielokaltravel.com.
If you cancel your booking, Vielokal Travel will not charge any cancellation fee unless we are charged by our suppliers or service providers. If suppliers apply cancellation charges, those charges will be passed on to you. Supplier cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service, season, timing of cancellation, and reason for cancellation. Upon request, we will provide the relevant cancellation details in a transparent manner.
If supplier charges apply or if a full supplier refund is not available, the following cancellation conditions may apply:
Refunds, where eligible, will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation from the relevant suppliers.
General cancellation charges that applied by travel services in Vietnam and Indochina.
- Domestic flights: 75% of the fares
- 3 star hotels, no charge if you cancel 5 -7 days before your arrival. (FIT)
- 4 star hotels, no charge if you cancel 10 - 15 days before your arrival (FIT)
- 5 stars hotels, no charge if you cancel 15 - 20 days before your arrival (FIT)
However, in peak season, we may have to pay the hotels one month before your arrival to secure the booking, and in this case, the cancellation policy will be based on the hotels' cancellation plolicies.
* Can we get refund?
For the unused services, we will refund you the money.
If you need to postpone your booking for any reason, Vielokal Travel will make reasonable efforts to keep the same tour itinerary and price for your future travel date. However, if changes in flights, hotels, transportation, exchange rates, or other services affect the tour cost, we will inform you of any additional charges before confirming the new arrangements.
In the event of Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control, Vielokal Travel shall not be held responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred. However, we will use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and assist clients in finding the best possible solution.
Requests to change your booking (dates, group size, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable changes but cannot guarantee all requests.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or low participation.
In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
Vielokal Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable health for travel and that you meet all entry and vaccination requirements for Vietnam.
You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
Vielokal Travel acts only as an agent for transportation companies, accommodation providers, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
While we strive to deliver the best experiences, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
