Escape the coastal heat with a visit to Suoi Tranh Waterfall (Suối Tranh), located a short drive inland from Duong Dong. More accurately a series of gentle cascades flowing over rocks in a forested setting, it's reached via a pleasant 10-15 minute walk through the jungle. The natural pools are popular for swimming and cooling off.

It's important to note that the waterfall's flow is highly seasonal. The best time to visit Suoi Tranh Waterfall Phu Quoc is during the rainy season (May-Oct) when there's ample water. During the dry season, it can reduce to a trickle or dry up completely. There's a small entrance fee.
