8:00–8:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi by our local guide and driver. Begin your journey at Tran Quoc Pagoda, a serene sanctuary on West Lake dating back to the 6th century.
9:30 AM: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex to view the Mausoleum (outside only on Mondays & Fridays or during annual closure) and explore the stilt houses and One Pillar Pagoda, built in the shape of a lotus blossom.
Note: Modest dress required (shoulders & knees covered).
11:15 AM: Discover Vietnam’s cultural mosaic at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, home to exhibitions of 54 ethnic groups.
On Mondays, this visit will be replaced with the Vietnamese Women’s Museum.
12:45 PM: Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch with 8 signature dishes at a local restaurant.
2:00 PM: Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and a symbol of knowledge and learning.
3:15 PM: Explore the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, once used by the French for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam during the war. 4:15–4:30 PM: Return to your hotel. Tour ends.
