6:00–6:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel or bus station. Depart on a sleeper bus to Sapa.
11:45 AM–1:00 PM: Scenic mountain drive into Sapa with terrace and valley views.
1:00 PM: Arrive in Sapa. Welcome drink, orientation, check-in, and Vietnamese lunch.
2:30 PM: Guided 2.5 km trek (~2 hours) to Cat Cat Village—home of the Black H’Mông. Visit a valley waterfall, historic French power station, and local houses.
4:30 PM: Return to Sapa. Enjoy dinner and optional night activities. Overnight in hotel.
8:00 AM: After breakfast, transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station.
